國立中央大學兩次入選「邁向頂尖大學計畫」，獲得教育部的補助金。ㄧ直以來，本校獲得的評鑑分數皆為「傑出」，在Google學術引文全台灣排行第三 (世界排名267)，2015年全球最佳大學排名第427名，在QS世界大學排名為351-400。

NCU has been selected twice in “The Aim for the Top University Project”, receiving grants from the Ministry of Education. The University has consistently been evaluated as “Excellent”. We are ranked as No. 3 in Taiwan by Google Scholar Citations (267 in World), No. 4 in Taiwan in 2015 U.S. News & World Report (427 in Best Global Universities Rankings), and ranked 351-400 in QS World University Rankings.

We endeavor to cultivate more brilliant minds and leading pioneers with global vision, setting up NCU as a piloting academic establishment in the 21st century.
