Location: Room 229, 2F, Management Building 2 (No. 300, Zhongda Rd., Zhongli District, Taoyuan City)

- ID card or another ID document such as national health insurance card, passport, and driver’s license etc.
- Due to COVID-19, please wear mask and filled out the attachment: COVID-19 Disclosure Statement and bring the hardcopy statement on the interview date.
