The International Master of Business Administration program in School of Management at National Central University (NCU IMBA) is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and it includes four concentration areas which integrate the international business management trends and essential facets of knowledge and skills necessary for future success. Students will acquire regional management knowledge about Taiwan and world-class education that emphasize both practices and theories.

Our vision is to foster a unique student community that is capable, diverse, and employable to meet global challenges through interdisciplinary and diverse teaching and research. The NCU IMBA program integrates the researches and programs in the School of Management. In addition to the collaboration with leading universities worldwide, the IMBA program aligns academics with the professional world by retaining top executives from internationally renowned companies to enhance students' employability. The training under the program is both theoretical and practical, providing students with a global perspective and an education with Taiwanese characteristics.

NCU Campus
國立中央大學位在桃園市中壢區，目前學生數已超過一萬兩千名。目前，中央大學擁有8個學院，28個系所，18個研究所，和7個大學級研究中心。中央大學亦是台灣大學聯盟的成員之一，與國立清華大學、國立陽明交通大學共享資源。中央大學為一所綜合性大學，擁有豐富的科學和人文設施。
National Central University, NCU, is located in Zhongli, Taoyuan, Taiwan, and it has become a home to more than 12,000 students. Currently, NCU has 8 colleges, 28 departments, 18 graduate institutes, and 7 university-level research centers. NCU is also one of the University System of Taiwan (UST) members, sharing resources with National Tsing Hua University and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. NCU is truly a comprehensive university of rich scientific and humanistic facilities.

在校門口，我們用植物修剪出「國立中央大學」的字樣。松樹小徑圍繞的校園，是浪漫的「情人步道」，當微風吹過松樹，就好似戀人的低語。不論是清晨的歌聲，或在月光下漫步，讓人總是可以沉浸在浪漫的氛圍中。由現代雕塑大師朱銘創作的太極像，蘊含著中國傳統文化的精華。中大湖，遠處的拱橋和湖心的亭子，就像是湖中兩隻鴨在快樂嬉戲。
Campus entrance portal with bushes trimmed into the Chinese word shape of “NCU”. Lovers’ Path is the pine-tree path along the road surrounding the campus. Whispers of the breeze blowing through pine trees are just like whispers of lovers. Singing in the morning or wandering in the moonlight on the path, we are always drenched in a romantic college atmosphere. Taiji Statue created by the master of modern sculpture, Ju Ming, contains the essence of traditional Chinese culture. NCU lake, the arch bridge in the distance, and the pavilion at the center of the lake are like two spots in the lake where wild ducks playing happily.

暌違多年，中央大學唯一的全英語課程「國際經營管理碩士學位學程」已正式開班，本學程預計招收本地生11名以及國際生10名。這兩年的全球疫情並沒有阻擋我們國際化的腳步，國立中央大學管理學院在開辦IMBA學程的同時，於九月獲得教育部2021-2025年雙語重點培育學校計畫 (the BEST Program, Bilingual Education for Students in School of Management)。藉著雙語教育環境的推動，能讓IMBA學生們的學習更加國際化，教師的學術研究與教學服務達到國際標準的目標。
中大管院IMBA課程規畫因應世界未來發展的趨勢，將課程內容規劃分為四大領域：管理 (Management)、永續發展 (Sustainability)、資料與分析 (Data & Decisions)、以及財務管理 (Finance)。8 門必修課程由多位教學優良以及外籍師資授課，5 門選修課的部分則以主題豐富與多元為特色。另規劃線上課程，將提供學生修習國外教授課程的機會。本學程將設置企業導師的師徒制度 (mentor program)，將依據 IMBA 學生的發展興趣配置企業導師。由台灣知名企業高階主管擔任企業導師，企業導師負責教導 IMBA 學生關於業界實務知識，藉由課外的互動與聯繫，建立師徒間的情誼，同時協助學生職涯與專業的發展。

Message from Director
The only all-English program at National Central University [International Master of Business Administration (IMBA)], which has been long-awaited for many years, will be officially launched. This program is expected to recruit 11 local students and 10 international students. The pandemic of the past two years has not slowed us down in our pursuit of internationalization. In September, the School of Management at National Central University (SMNCU) was awarded the BEST Program (Bilingual Education for Students in School of Management) by the Ministry of Education for the period of 2021-2025 while offering the IMBA program. With the promotion of a bilingual education environment, the learning of IMBA students can be more internationalized, while the faculty will also achieve international standards in academic research and teaching services.
To accommodate the future development trends in the world, the SMNCU's IMBA program consists of four major areas: management, sustainability, data & decisions, and finance. Eight required courses will be taught by several excellent foreign faculty members with excellent teaching performance, while five elective courses feature a wide variety of themes. In addition, online courses are planned to provide the students with the opportunity to take overseas courses. This program will have a mentor program in which corporate mentors are assigned according to the development interests of the IMBA students. The corporate mentors will be senior executives from well-known companies in Taiwan, who will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge about the industry to the IMBA students, building a mentor-mentee relationship through extracurricular interactions and contacts, and assisting the students in their career and professional development.
The SMNCU is an AACSB-accredited school of management and has a dual degree program with Arizona State University in the United States and the University of Western Sydney in Australia, where the students can earn a dual master's degree. Under a diverse and cross-cultural environment, the students develop the ability to reach out to the world from Taiwan. Although the epidemic has prevented some of the opportunities to study abroad, it has also created a "micro-international" learning environment and opportunities in Taiwan.
